By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Aflao Wallet application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aflao ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

Aflao Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet application that allows you to:

• Create and manage Aflao Network wallet accounts
• Send and receive AFLAO tokens
• View your account balance and transaction history
• Securely store your private keys on your device

3. Eligibility

To use our App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using cryptocurrency services under applicable laws
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

4. Non-Custodial Nature

IMPORTANT: Aflao Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. This means:

• You are solely responsible for your private keys
• We do not have access to your private keys or funds
• We cannot recover your wallet if you lose your private key
• We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any transactions
• You are fully responsible for the security of your device and PIN

If you lose your private key, your funds will be permanently inaccessible. There is no recovery process.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our App, you agree to:

• Secure your private key and store backups safely
• Keep your PIN confidential and not share it with anyone
• Verify all transaction details before confirming
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding cryptocurrency
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or network
• Not use the App for money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal activities

6. Risks and Disclaimers

Cryptocurrency Risks: You acknowledge and accept that:

• Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and can decrease significantly
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
• Network fees may vary and are not controlled by us
• Technical issues may temporarily affect access to your funds
• Regulatory changes may affect the use of cryptocurrencies

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Aflao Wallet for:

• Any illegal activities or transactions
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Sanctions evasion
• Fraud or deception
• Market manipulation
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aflao and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS, DATA, OR PROFITS
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY)

Specifically, we are not liable for:

• Loss of funds due to lost or stolen private keys
• Transactions sent to incorrect addresses
• Network failures or blockchain issues
• Third-party actions or hacks
• Decrease in cryptocurrency value
• Regulatory actions affecting your assets

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aflao and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Update these Terms with reasonable notice
• Change features or functionality

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Your funds remain accessible through your private key on any compatible wallet application.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aflao regarding the use of the App.
